The businessman, Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Chairman of Al-Zwaied Group, welcomed at Asilah Farm in Al-Qassim, the guests of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Buraidah and the Social Education Center (orphans) in Buraidah on the occasion of the Eid Al-Adha. Sheikh Al-Zwaied held an entertainment party for the orphans and guests of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center. Various musical teams participated in the event along with various shows. Sheikh Al-Zwaied took the orphans and disabled people in a tour, accompanied by the supervisors, across the farm. He showed them the barns for camels, sheep and deer. At the end of the party, he offered them special gifts. Everybody ate dinner especially prepared for this occasion.

The officials at the Social Education Center in Buraidah expressed their gratitude and thanks to Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Zwaied for his warm welcome to the orphans. On the other hand, Dr. Ibrahim bin Ahmed Aldabeeb, manager of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for males in Buraidah, commended the efforts of Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Zwaied and stressed that he is a man of good deeds who is always stretching out his hands to benevolent activities, pleading to God to reward him for his virtues.

Under the patronage of Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Head of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences and in the presence of Mr. Mousa bin Ibrahim Al-Zwaied, Vice Chairman of Al-Zwaied Group and member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ghad International Colleges, a graduation ceremony of the 4^th batch of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences in Jeddah was held. Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al- Zwaied was welcomed upon his arrival to the ceremony by Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Garbou, College Dean, as well as the members of the teaching and administrative bodies.

The ceremony commenced by the performance of the royal anthem followed by reciting verses from the Holy Quran. Later, the Head of the Board of Trustees took the floor to express his happiness in sharing this special day with the graduates and their parents. He congratulated the graduates and wished them the best in their future roles in serving the nation with dedication and hard work. He stated that Al-Ghad International College now plays a significant role in promoting education in the Kingdom, particularly all fields in connection with medical education. This year the Colleges celebrate the graduation of 100 students who successfully earned a B.A degree in various health specialties. This step constitutes a leading-edge due to the continuous expansion in this sector. He summed up his speech by congratulating the graduates and wished them the best of luck in their pursuit of knowledge and practice of their professions to serve their religion, king and nation. He finally expressed his thanks to the College Dean, Faculty members and administrative members for the efforts they exerted to serve the students.

Afterwards, Abdul Rahman Khaled Al Thabet, one of the graduated students, made a statement on behalf of the graduates. He talked about the undergraduate phase he spent with his colleagues at the College. Then he highlighted the role of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect Him, in supporting the educational process and development in the Kingdom. He wished all of them success in their endeavors to serve their religion, king and nation. In closing his speech, he expressed his thanks to the College leaders for the support they have offered and still continue to offer to students in their educational process.

Later, the attendees watched a visual presentation on the history of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences, its B.A. programs, and the permanent projects it constructs across the Kingdom. At the end of the ceremony, various supporting entities and distinguished students for this Academic year were honored. Some pictures were taken with the graduates along with Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Mr. Mousa bin Ibrahim Al-Zwaied and Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Garbou.

Mr. Soliman bin Ibrahim Al-Zwaied and Mr. Mohamed Almagly arrived at the ceremony and were welcomed by Dr. Sary Al-Hewaify, College Dean, the students, and the teaching and administrative staff. The celebration commenced by performing the royal anthem, afterwards, verses from the Holy Quran were recited. Dr. Sary Al-Hewaify, College Dean, made a statement in which he highlighted the role of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences in boosting education in the Kingdom, particularly all areas of medical education. This year the Colleges celebrate the graduation of 72 students who completed a Bachelor Degree in various medical specialties which represent a leading future due to the ongoing growth of this sector. Dr. Al-Hewaify expressed his best wishes to the graduates in pursuing knowledge, practical life and serving their religion, king and country. Afterwards, Youcef Al-Tohamy, one of the graduated students, made a statement on behalf of the graduates. He referred to stage he spent at College with his colleagues to earn a Bachelor Degree. He also referred to the knowledge, disciplines and high level of training he acquired together with his colleagues throughout his studying years at College which would enable them to join various health positions in various specialties. He also highlighted the role of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz – may Allah protect him – in supporting the educational process and growth in the kingdom. He pleaded to God to grant them success in their endeavors to serve their religion, king and country. He finally expressed his thanks to the College leaders for all their efforts they have exerted and continue to exert throughout the students’ educational process. Later, the attendees watched a movie about Al-Ghad International Colleges, its history, its bachelor degree programs, and the permanent buildings implemented by the Colleges across the Kingdom. At the end of the ceremony, the distinguished graduates of the present Academic Year were honored. Memorial pictures were taken with the graduates along with Mr. Soliman bin Ibrahim Al-Zwaied, Dr. Mohamed Almagly and Dr. Sary Al-Hewaify.

HRH Prince Faisal bin Mashaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Province, stated that the education sector in the Kingdom receives great attention from the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz – may Allah protect him – and expressed his pride in the education outcomes.

During his patronage of the graduation ceremony of the 5^th batch of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences that was held at Movenpick hotel in Buraidah, in the presence of Motleq Al-Khamaly, the General Manager of Health Affairs in Al-Qassim and several officials in the region, HRH expressed his happiness to share the students joy on their graduation day. He reminded them to be up to the government’s expectations in order to serve their nation. They are expected to contribute in the advancement of health services and should enjoy a high level of excellence. HRH appreciated the role of the business man, Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Head of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences for his national route and investing in education and training for more than 30 years.

HRH Governor of Al-Qassim Province invited the owners of private health entities to contribute in the saudization of jobs for our graduated sons who are worthiest to be employed in their nation. HRH pointed out to the agreement entered between the Region’s Saudization Program and the Directorate for Health Affairs to saudize pharmacies to open an opportunity to our graduated sons in these specialties. Finally, he wished the students the best and hoped to maintain safety and stability in the country under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince, may Allah protect them.

The ceremony started by reciting verses from the Holy Quran followed by the march of graduates. Then the attendees watched a visual presentation on the nation and its leaders.

Then Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Head of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences took the floor to deliver a speech in which he expressed his thanks tothe Governor of Al-Qassim Province for sponsoring the ceremony. He addressed the graduates stating that this day witnesses a new stage in their participation in building our precious nation. He stated that the State spares no effort in providing support to citizens in various sectors including the education sector which receives great attention due to its critical importance.

The attendees watched a visual presentation on the projects of Al-Ghad International Colleges in the Kingdom, its departments, future projects and its educational process.

Afterwards, Faisal Al-Sharary, one of the graduated students, made a statement on behalf of the graduates. He said that the years of hard work have eventually been crowned with an unforgettable moment of success. He added that each graduate is full of optimism to serve the nation with all his potentials and endeavors to offer his best efforts in one of the most significant human fields which is highly demanded and requires accuracy. He ended his speech by thanking and expressing gratitude to HRH Governor of Al-Qassim for sharing their joy of graduation.

Later, Governor of Al-Qassim honored the distinguished graduates and a number of health officials in the private and public sectors as well as several officials in other governmental entities. The graduates shook hands with the Governor of Al-Qassim and memorial photos were taken with him.

Under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Province, Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences held a graduation ceremony of its fourth batch. The batch included 160 graduates from the following specialties: “Emergency Medicine”, “Nursing”, “Medical Imaging”, “Medical Laboratories” and “Health Services Administration”.

The ceremony started by reciting verses from the Holy Quran then Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, Head of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences took the floor to deliver a speech in which he welcomed the Governor of Riyadh Province and thanked him for sponsoring the ceremony. He also welcomed the students’ parents and expressed his happiness as well as everybody’s happiness for the graduation of the 4^th batch of Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences in Riyadh. He stressed that the Governor of Riyadh’s sponsorship of this ceremony is considered a recognition to the role of knowledge and students.

He further stated that this nation, along with its wise leaders, spare no effort in offering all means of luxury to the citizens, as well as various services including education which is highly considered and receives special attention by our wise leadership. Education is highly regarded due to its important role in the preparation of Saudi calibers, the achievement of ongoing growth in our country and keeping abreast of international developments in various areas.

Afterwards, Mashour Al-Shamry, one of the graduated students, made a statement on behalf of the graduates. He referred to the knowledge and disciplines he acquired together with his colleagues in Applied Medical Sciences and practical training. He referred to the various facilities provided by the College, such as various laboratories, which played a significant role in linking theory to practice. He expressed his happiness as well as his colleagues’ joy on this day as they reaped the seeds of the hard work they have sown over the past years and pleads to God to further reap the fruits of success in their future endeavors to serve the religion and the nation. In closing his speech, he expressed his thanks to the College leaders for their efforts throughout the educational process.

Later, the Governor of the Province and the attendees watched a visual presentation on the projects of Al-Ghad International Colleges in the Kingdom, its departments, future projects and its educational process.

The Prince inaugurated the permanent premises project for Al-Ghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences in Riyadh. The project complied with the highest quality standards for an advanced, comprehensive educational setting along with all its modern and complete administrative, educational and service facilities.

The adopted designs were in accordance with the highest levels and have been in compliance with the standards of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health after studying various designs for similar international and local educational complexes.

At the end of the ceremony, the Prince honored the distinguished students and the students who won Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied’s Award for Excellence throughout eight regions, namely, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Abha, Tabuk, Al-Qassim and Najran. Memorial pictures were taken with the graduates. The Head of the Board of Trustees offered a memorial shield to the Governor of Riyadh Province.

In a press statement held after the ceremony, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz commended the stages achieved by Al-Ghad Colleges and encouraged the students to pursue their educational process in all specializations to serve the nation.

Within the context of the trust bestowed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz – may Allah protect him – Mr. Ibrahim bin Mousa Al-Zwaied, the Head of the Board of trustees of Al-Ghad International colleges, was appointed as a Board member of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) representing the private sector

Al-Zwaied is considered a pioneer in the private sector. He is the Chairman of ‘Ibrahim Mousa AlZwaied & Sons Holding Company’ which includes many companies and corporations operating in various sectors on top of which is the education sector.

Moreover, Al-Zwaied held the capacity as the Chairman of Al-Qassim Chamber of Commerce and Industry; in addition to his memberships in the Buraidah Region Council and membership of the People of Buraidah Council.

Al-Zwaied has a professional career connected with many practical experiences which have led him to hold several posts in leading companies and corporations in commercial, industrial and development activities. Al-Zwaied has chaired the Committee Investment and Development of Financial Resources Committee for “Al-Qassim Award”. He is also a board member serving on several boards such as the BOD of the Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Board of Trustees of Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Charity Foundation for Al-Qassim Region, the Advisory Council for Private Universities and Colleges. He is also a member in serval committees including the Higher Supervisory Committee for Saudization (Tawteen) & Social Development in Al-Qassim, the Executive Committee for Investment Development in Al-Qassim for 1437/1438 A.H. He is also a member of committees for corporate national awards such as “Al-Qassim Award for Excellence & Creativity”.

During his assumption of these posts, Al-Zwaied did not neglect to take part in civil-society activities. He engaged himself in activities connected to national development and charity work. This has been evident in his support of charity foundations, orphanage charitable organizations; as well as his support of community-based enterprises. He participated in developing the national sentiment and belonging of the members of the Saudi society.
